The scheduled recovery ride was definitely the right thing to schedule. My legs were not feeling very fresh today. Definitely no way I was doing any sort of running. As it was I picked a very short Zwift race but I didn't race it. It really was low power recovery all the way. That said, I forgot how long that first climb is on the Harrogate course. Even taking it easy, I found I was having to work harder than I wanted to but once that climb was out of the way the rest of the route was easier to ride easy.
