Hill-less Hill Run

A bit of hill running up the Alpe du #Zwift. There was about 50-60 running in the PACK organised event, heading to the hill with a 5k lead in on the flat. Then it was time to set the treadmill to 8% and grind the hill. Okay, not set quite as steep as the real climb but 8% never the less provides a pretty good work out. The group run distance was officially 8k in total - 5 on the flat, 3 up the climb but I decided to add on an extra 1 kilometre. It was a solid climb but I just started to feel a few pre-cramp twitches in the the last 500m. Next time out on this group run I'm going to go for 10k...
