I had a few days off from training midweek as I was feeling a bit tired. Kicked things off again last night with a session on the bike - which ended up quite a short session as I was struggling to keep the wheel on the group ride. It should have been a medium hard ride but I wasn't feeling it and didn't want to burn myself up trying to keep up. Today I decided on some speed reps on two feet, after a mile warm up. I was unsure how things would go, based on the weeks efforts so far but it went okay. Should be up for more of something tomorrow.
