Day 38 and still there are no thoughts of letting things slide. Tonight it was the row interval session. Ten reps at 1:52 followed by 40 minutes on the bike. I must quickly add that I forgot to start the watch so missed the first ten minutes. No lie.
Tomorrow is going to be another long day to Reading and back and I want to be rested for tomorrow's training. By Friday I will have been at it - ooh er matron - for forty days and forty nights.....
