So no row tonight. Just the bike and core. Digressing slightly, watched Trust Me I'm A Doctor the other day. Artificial sweeteners turn out to be a bit unhealthy for you - no s#!t Sherlock!! Like nasty chemical additives were ever going to be good for you... Apparently it messes up the balance of good bacteria in your intestine.
Anyway, back on topic. I put in a steady 90 minutes on the bike before 116 ab-crunches and some pull me push you's - as no one calls them - to finish. Still feeling good about this being the comeback. The habit is really becoming established.
