What is it with shower gel manufacturers? Why do they think we want to smell like lemons? Why I asks ya? And more to the point, why the hell do we buy in to it? I am now smelling like a lemon - fruity.
My exercise for the day is complete. An hour on the bike to try and work out the knots from yesterday's run - my calves are both tight. They don't feel much less tight now either but hopefully I'll reap the benefit tomorrow. I've the Bridge Inn 5k to run. I don't fancy my chances but I've not raced it for a few months so need to give it a crack. How close to 19 minutes can't I get...
