Surprisingly my legs didn't feel completely destroyed but my energy levels were low so I missed training tonight. Seeing as I managed to fit in a whole weeks mileage yesterday - that's how bad my training has become - it's not really that surprising. Still I must fit in a couple more training sessions this week to keep the momentum before my hols. I really need to lay down some big miles over the next few weeks and I will - and you can take that to the bank - just don't expect much interest, and remember the price of your investment can go down as well as up...
