Begins with a single step - or in my case, the start of some training begins with getting my arse out the door in the morning when I said I would - and I did.
True, it wasn't a long run. True, it wasn't a quick run but it was A run and I made it out there when I said I would. The next few days and weeks will be critical - well, maybe not that serious - but I need to make sure I keep on getting out there, putting one foot in front of the other in some semblance of running. And hey, starting the day with a run might just be the tonic I need...
Thought for the day: Laughter is the shock absorber that eases the blows of life.
