Well, that was bloody hard going. I decided to take it out slow and steady - and then get slower. Yes, that was one of my slowest runs when actually attempting to run properly and race. I was quite honestly, bloody rubbish. Still, there's always the Nailsea 10k tomorrow. No doubt I will clock an exceptionally bad time but it will be useful training never the less. I should be able to run near the pace that I ran tonight. If I can break forty that will be a result.
Oh, I look to the gods of running to allow me to actually do some bloody training - not really, I just need to rely on that thing called will power - and DO SOME BLOODY TRAINING.
