After a late start to work (raises eyebrow to camera) and a knock on late finish I didn't manage to get out for the medium run that was planned. The weather was a bit pants so in a way I was quite pleased - I am such a wuss.
Anyway, I determined to break my bike pb at the gym - no easy feat after two back to back hard sessions.
So did I do it? I'm guessing because I've asked the question, you'd be guessing (that's a lot of guessing) that I did - and you'd be right - but in what fashion? I fair destroyed my previous with my biggest single improvement - 3 per cent. I am buzzing - and not just from the gym...
