I ummed. I ahhed and in the end I plumped for the 2000m row instead of treadmill session. I didn't feel fully empowered for the speed session so I decided to defer until tomorrow. So it was bike, row, bike tonight - with some ab-crunches thrown in for good measure. Two thirty minute bike sessions with a reasonable 2k row in between.
The plan moving forward is run the intervals tomorrow, a steady Flaxley loop Saturday and then Compass Sport orienteering Sunday.
