Yes, after defeat in yesterday's I was totally destroyed in today's recce of the upcoming Moel Eilio British championship race. The weather was so glorious that we decided to add in Snowdon - and since I've never been up Snowdon it would have been rude not to. Anyway, I completely ran out of steam but made it there and back - but only just. I severely bonked - stop it. At least I made it up to the summit - even if I didn't fully complete the recce. Not that it really matters - Helen will destroy me in the race what ever i do...
Ps, just posting this as we pack up and leave Snowdonia from my mobile. Normal service will be resumed soon - as will a damn sight more training to improve my staying power...
