I Needs Me A Long Run

It's been a bad week on the mojo front. The weather hasn't helped. It always seems to rain at the wrong time. Looks like the weekend might be OK so I'm going to attempt to head to the mountains. I'll probably go for the east Black Mountains. Maybe even try my secret, alternate route to Crug Mawr for the BMs race. To be fair it's not secret and everyone seems to think it's a shit route choice but I'm not so sure... Got to try it though. Good, bad or ugly I've got to put it to bed. It's an itch and with the BMs fast approaching there isn't much time to scratch it...
