The achilles feels good to go so I shall be heading out on a long run tomorrow morning. Not fully decided how long the long run should be but I'm thinking 20 miles. I'd like to get up to 7:10 mileing but I'll see how it goes. I think a steady start is the order of the day followed by a gradual pick up towards the finish.
