My shoulder feels a lot better today! How did that happen? It was bad after my slip during yesterday's run. Maybe that slipped whatever was wrong back into place. It's still painful but ten times better. Whatever, I'm feeling more positive now. Not really going to be ready for the 20:20 but I think there's a chance I can make it the distance - if rather more slowly than I'd like.
Hopefully I'll be able to run Sunday's Tor of Torpantau now. Maybe even manage the orienteering training on Saturday too.
