That Was Hard Work...

Only five reps tonight but at the same pace as Monday's set, namely 3:45min/km, but, crucially, 3 minute reps instead of 2 with the same 90s recovery. Unsurprisingly the last thirty seconds was wobbly head ragged but I completed the session. Six reps next time.... Just the bike to finish as I was beginning to feel weak.
