Into Week Ten

Can't believe I've already completed nine reasonably decent weeks of training. An easy start to this one though with an hour on the gym bike. My legs feel much better than the did after last weeks Sunday run. Should be fit and able for a hard session tomorrow.Things are starting to come together. Going to run my Flaxley Wood loop soon to gauge in real terms how it's all going. To see how near to 47 minutes I can get...
