Just a quickie on account of very poor reception up here in Snowdonia.
I have just scored my first ever British Championship points for 46th place -that's 5 points!
I started near the back and limped for the first ten minutes because my achilles hurt but then I got going and moved through the field - nice. Am chuffed.
