Decent Little Effort

It was a sort of inverse pyramid today. Started with the fastest rep first, 1 minute (fastest pace of my recent training) and then 1 minute recovery, followed by 90s slightly slower and another 1 minute recovery, then 2 minutes a fraction slower with the recovery before a final two and a half minute effort a tad slower again before taking things back up. Running at a slightly faster pace is starting to feel a little bit more normal. Going to continue with the Zwift programmed workouts to keep some structure and keep it interesting.

Yesterday I put in a reasonable effort in the Crit City bike race on Zwift, 16k. Managed slightly higher power than of late but didn't feel it in my legs today, so all good.
