I've missed a couple of days this week. Haven't been feeling it. I knew I didn't want to miss a third day in a row but I wasn't sure what to do. In the end I spotted an interesting group training session by the GTN and went with that. It was good and went by pretty quick. After a ten minute warm up it was three short, faster efforts followed by three longer efforts. It felt good to keep a steady pace for each of those six minute sections.
