Ten consecutive days of training - and my legs are feeling it. The stairs at work were an effort. Now I'm no expert but I don't think that's a good sign. So tonight I'm taking it easy with an hour and a half hard slog on the bike.
Tomorrow's going to be a tricky one. I've some moonlighting lined up after work so I think I'm going to struggle to fit anything in - ooh matron - might be the bike again unfortunately. Bring on day twelve - I'll not skip tomorrow, mind - actually I don't ever skip, too girly, I'm not a boxer - but the bike is a bit boring so I'll not over excite myself.
Heck my legs are aching...
