Are still bad but I did manage to get out for the lunch run with Martin - he killed me... yet again.
In the first five minutes I realised my calves were still tight so I decided to ease myself around the Dundry loop. It was that or return to base and I felt it would do me good. Loosen up the pegs ahead of Saturday's Sugar Loaf. So I carried on around the loop. I completed in 33 minutes which isn't the slowest but not hugely quick either. A good steady one. Fingers crossed the legs recover in time...
